About CCB House

Located in São Paulo, just steps from Ibirapuera Park, this 515 m² home unfolds across four floors. The project begins with the need to reorganize the rooms for the family’s new chapter, with generous social areas designed for connection, affection, and shared moments.

On approach, the façade presents a harmonious composition. Distinct textures sit within a shared palette of earthy tones, giving the house a calm and cohesive identity. Materiality remains central throughout: natural, enduring elements bring lightness and warmth to the interiors, while wooden window frames and planter boxes make a quiet link between architecture and landscape.

Vegetation is not limited to the garden. It climbs the façade, slips through the windows, and extends into the bedrooms as a living layer. From the first encounter, the house invites pause and contemplation.

Crossing the threshold, circulation flows in a clear and intuitive way. The reconfigured plan reshapes daily life, turning once-underused areas into active settings for family interaction. Furniture plays a leading role, with iconic pieces by celebrated Brazilian modernist designers alongside work by emerging talents, plus two custom pieces by VOA Arquitetura: the Alvorada dining table and the Remanso coffee table. The result feels personal, grounded, and closely tied to the rhythm of the home.
