Introduction to Duin & Beek
The Duin & Beek residential district lies adjacent to the young dunes, offering residents a feeling of expansive freedom. Here, luxury, grandeur, and comfort blend with the quiet and seclusion of a natural setting. The area features an impressive landscape with a dune forest at the base of the Kennemer dunes.
Architectural Harmony with Nature
The houses in this district showcase exterior walls made from natural materials like stone and timber panels. The upper floors boast timber panel facades that extend over the windows, mimicking external Venetian blinds to enhance privacy.
To invite the outside in, the living areas feature extensive glasswork. Stone disks around the property not only ensure privacy but also allow natural light to flood in during morning, afternoon, and evening.
