Our client bought a 1,265 square foot (117.5 square meters) apartment on the 29th floor of Olympic Towers, Midtown New York, envisioning it as a city retreat. The space recently underwent a comprehensive renovation, including new upgrades and furnishings. Refinished floors, walls, and ceilings, along with electrical enhancements, refreshed the entire apartment.
