About Parque Central Apartments
A Fresh Look in Ruzafa
This building in the Ruzafa area was made in 1934. Our main goal was to keep its old charm while adding new touches. This way, the building feels both old and new, just like the neighborhood around it.
In the middle of the building, there’s a courtyard. This space doesn’t just look nice; it also brings sunlight into the rooms around it.
Mixing Old and New
Inside, you can see a mix of new furniture and old details we kept. The floors have colorful tiles that show the old room layouts. The ceilings still have their old designs. Also, we fixed up the old windows and covers. If you look from outside, these windows remind you of the area’s style from long ago.
All in all, we mixed the past and present together. Now, this building is a special spot in the famous Ruzafa area.
