About Catalan Farmhouse
A Legacy Etched in Stone
Talk about a storied residence. This Catalan farmhouse boasts two towers from the 16th century and a main house from the 17th. Interestingly, these towers once played sentinel for a nearby castle, guarding against pirate invasions.
Preserving National Treasures
Due to their rich past, national protection covers these towers. Thus, our spotlight shifted to the main house. Even here, meticulous care was essential. Specialists in restoration breathed life back into this historical marvel.
A Blend of Tradition and Comfort
Aiming for authenticity, we crafted a three-bedroom sanctuary. Original materials took center stage. Stone floors grace the ground level, while antique oak boards adorn the floor above. Additionally, we emphasized the lofty ceilings, making vast spaces that invite the rolling Spanish landscape inside.
Marrying the Past with Present Elegance
For decor, UK and Spanish antiques set the tone. However, bold additions like chrome bathroom fixtures and contemporary art bridge eras. The result? A harmonious blend of vintage allure and present-day sophistication.
