About Timeless Modern Home
Bespoke Interior Design: Tailored to Perfection
We collaborated with builders to design the home’s interiors, keeping our clients’ needs and wishes front and center. Every piece of furniture, lighting fixture, and accessory underwent meticulous curation, ensuring a timeless yet modern architectural ambiance.
A Grand Spatial Experience
The main level boasts an open floor plan, enhancing brightness and offering expansive views of the outdoors and the golf course. Ceilings soar above 20 ft (6.1m), introducing a second row of windows in the great room. Consequently, natural light bathes the space. Furthermore, the “Ultra-Matte” engineered oak wood floors flow seamlessly, enriching the expansive feel.
Statement Architectural Features
Certainly, the towering tiled gas fireplace, adorned with custom built-ins and clad in faux-marble porcelain tiles, stands out. Reflecting light exquisitely, it serves as a daily joy for the family while offering storage and decorative flair. Equally striking, the modern glass “boardwalk” seems to hover above the space below. It guides guests to the upper-level suites and connects to a floating staircase—its foundation? Sturdy pillars with minimalist custom paneling.
Kitchen: A Blend of Function and Elegance
The kitchen showcases a vast island with a waterfall detail in pristine quartz, crowned by Pablo’s Cielo XL pendant lights. For a cohesive modern touch, we extended the quartz to the backsplash. While the island offers ample seating, the family mostly gathers by the window seat. We prioritized comfort and durability there, choosing Eames Moulded Side Chairs in Blue Ice, indoor/outdoor fabrics for custom bench seats and throw pillows, and a robust concrete tabletop with a black powder-coated base.
Defined yet Open Social Spaces
Though the Dining Room and Reading Room open to the main space, we delineated them with strategic furniture and lighting placements, infusing intimacy.
