Description

We worked with the builders to custom design the interior finishes of this impressive home with our clients every need and wish-list item in mind. Following the construction of this home, each piece of furniture, each lighting fixture, and each accessory was carefully curated, to create a timeless/modern architectural look & feel for our clients’.

The main level floor-plan is wide open, creating an incredibly bright and vast feel throughout, with all-around views of the outdoor space and golf course terrain. The ceilings extend to over 20 ft. allowing for a second row of windows in the great room area, which welcomes the natural light to pour in. As well, the “Ultra-Matte”, engineered oak wood floors are harmonious throughout the main space- creating a rich and seamless look.

One of the most impressive features of this home is most definitely the sky-high tiled gas fireplace with custom built-ins. Cladded in faux-marble porcelain tiles which reflect the light beautifully, this impressive focal point is one that the family enjoys on a daily basis and provides added storage and a decorative surface. Also impressive, the modern glass”boardwalk” , which feels like it is effortlessly floating above the open space below. This boardwalk leads to the guests suites on the upper level and is accessible by the floating staircase in the heart of the home and is supported by impressive pillars envelopped in a quiet and minimalist custom paneling design.

The Kitchen boasts an extensive island with waterfall detail in a crisp quartz finish adorned with Pablo’s Cielo XL pendant lights, above. We chose to extend the quartz finish to the backsplash in order to maintain a sleek and modern look overall. Through there is ample seating at the island, the main window seat area of this kitchen is where the family gather’s for most of their meals. it was important that we make this space welcoming and comfortable but also resistant to withstand the test of time. We chose Eames Moulded Side Chairs (in Blue Ice), indoor/outdoor fabrics on the custom bench seats and throw pillows and we selected a durable concrete table top with black power-coated base.

The Dining Room and the Reading room on the main level are open to the main area- yet we defined these spaces with furniture and lighting giving them an intimate feel.
