Client’s Seaside Ambition
What did the client desire? They craved a hint of freedom, reflecting the nearby sea. After all, they sought a youthful, invigorating ambiance to unwind in after taxing days at the attorney’s office.
A Home Amidst Life’s Hustle
With the wife expecting, the couple moved in. Unfortunately, they lacked both time and energy to turn the apartment into a cozy home.
My Vision Takes Shape
Upon inspecting the apartment and setting the budget, I instantly grasped the necessary transformation.
Architectural Reshaping
Modifications to the ceiling were in order. Furthermore, I revitalized the entrance. How? By removing a wall, I introduced a library, seamlessly acting as a divider between the living and dining spaces.
A Palette of Youth
To achieve the sought-after youthful flair, we picked three main colors. Merging these hues with distinctive textures and forms yielded our envisioned result.
Colors in Harmony
These colors weave through the apartment’s public areas. From the CNC wood cover at the entrance to the clay finish on the dining room wall, consistency is evident.
