This project consisted on the renovation of an existing 5,000 SQ.FT. house located in Del Rio, Modesto, California. The project consists in re-designing all the interior of the house, inlcuding the kitchen, the bathrooms and selecting new materials and finishes. The project also includes the addition of a new master closet and a new master bathroom, creating new exterior decking, new landscaping and a new Pool House.
