Halel Arch carried out minimal structural changes and maximum attention to detail in the renovation of an apartment in Giv’at Shemu’el, Israel. Designed in 2025, the Living the Dream project was completed for a couple in their 50s and their children, aiming to create an organised and calming living environment. Despite debates about moving, the clients chose to remain in their beloved community after the design team’s upgrade met their needs.

EAG Studio has designed the Contemporary View home in Glen Ellen, California. Completed in 2021, this resort-style, off-the-grid house captures panoramic views of Sonoma Valley and features state-of-the-art sustainable features across its three-acre lot.

Ideal for both small and large-scale entertainment, the home emphasizes self-sufficiency and durability with systems for producing its own water, food, and energy, using smart home technologies and noble materials. Thoughtfully designed gathering spaces and tiered gardens complement the dynamic landscape, enhancing indoor-outdoor living.

Located in Paju-si, South Korea, the Paju ‘Mokha(木下)’ house designed by UTAA showcases an avant-garde exterior that harmonizes modern and traditional design elements. Notable for its inviting courtyard, cubical forms, and wooden overhang, this dwelling has a spacious interior prioritizing natural illumination. The seamless flow between chic dining and kitchen areas, along with a cozy living space, creates a tranquil atmosphere enhanced by expansive windows and tailored design details.

Casa Ballena by World of Holistic Architecture is a family home in Elche, Spain, designed in 2023. The interior combines functional elements and integrates spaces for both private and communal use. A large modular sofa from EDRA, along with lighting from FLOS and Tom Dixon, enhances the living area. The design includes a children’s bedroom with denim blue curtains and a master bedroom emphasizing warmth through wood. Bathrooms feature oak, mint green finishes, and custom ceramic tiles for added character.
