This property is located in the stunning American Southwest, known for its beautiful mountain views and outdoor lifestyle. With the help of The Ranch Mine, the homeowners were able to transform their 1970s house into a contemporary retreat, complete with a courtyard, a new guest suite, primary suite, and an open living space with floor-to-ceiling glass to take in the breathtaking views of the mountains. The architects also incorporated natural elements such as hemlock slats and tongue and groove hemlock in the interior design to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Rove is the perfect blend of contemporary design and modern comfort.

Located in the heart of Bratislava, Slovakia, the heating plant-turned-coworking centre, originally designed by architect Dušan Jurkovič, has been tastefully renovated to offer 3,900 square metres (42,000 square feet) of flexible workspace for up to 450 people.

This unique and inspiring space is a combination of the old industrial elements, such as the original crane forming the atypical open ceiling of the shared office, and modern design elements reflecting the 21st century. With its impressive combination of craftsmanship and contemporary materials, this coworking centre is the perfect place for corporate clients, start-ups, and freelancers alike.

Not only does this property have style, but it also minimizes the environmental impact of the intervention, relying on the total reuse of an existing abandoned building and adapting to the rules of bioclimatics.

House Be is an experiment of blending in with nature and is located in Belgium. Conceived and designed in 2022 by a2o architecten, this two-story house features a concrete structure with wooden planks, brickwork, large glass surfaces and a roof overgrown with flowers and plants.

The interior of the property is composed of natural materials such as oak, limestone and upholstery. The structure provides impressive views of the surrounding landscape and a contemporary ‘Wunderkammer’ that is furnished with architectural elements and personal objects. There is also an ornamental garden in the backyard and a basement patio with a Japanese garden, spa and bar.

House Be is a perfect example of a modern concrete design that is unique and offers a comfortable living experience.

Reinforced concrete frames and cedar roof frames are combined with local natural wood and stone to create a modern interior design that also reduces energy consumption.

With the possibility of future B&B operations in mind, House in Longmen is a project that seeks to revive the values of place and countryside through design and create comfortable and pleasant dwellings for the villagers.
