The 110m² apartment features a beautiful design by ARQBR Arquitetura e Urbanismo, with cross ventilation throughout and a cabinetry core that connects the living room and kitchen spaces. The kitchen boasts a linear 5.62m balcony with green cabinetry and hydraulic tiles that contrast with the wooden panels and exposed concrete above. Two symmetrical bedrooms are accessed through the hallway, while the apartment’s social bathroom features a white marble sink, floor, and shower box. The master suite features an MDF panel that runs throughout the room, housing the bedroom closets and concealing the entrances to the bathroom and office.

The kitchen is fitted with a marble island and large-format porcelain stoneware countertops. The living room wall is decorated with bichromatic Italon ceramic tiles and a custom bookcase brings dynamic elements to the space. In addition, the apartment features convenient items such as a mirror with built-in lighting and a laundry basket hiding behind a cabinet façade.

A new modern apartment in Madrid, Spain, designed by Febrero Studio, has been revealed this year. Located in the Chamberi neighborhood, the FEC Apartment was completely demolished, maintaining only the original structure of concrete pillars. As part of the renovation, Febrero Studio designed a central wooden module to bring order to the area and expand the living area. The wood was used to enhance the volume and the shape of the pavement. Hydraulic tile was kept throughout the house, due to the type and time of construction, giving the apartment unique charm.
