About Mansardato Green

A Modern Transformation in Oleggio’s Heart

Step directly from the elevator into the entryway. Immerse yourself in a contrasting blend of total white walls, lacquered wood ceilings, and floors against the anthracite black upholstery by ELITIS on custom cabinets (equipped with IL BRONZETTO handles).

Welcoming You: A Spectacular Atrium

Venture beyond the corridor to discover a charming atrium. It impresses with Calacatta flooring, Marquinia black accents, and inlays of Giallo Siena marble.

Basking atop the brass console table with a black opaline surface, a handcrafted gilded mirror and Anna Cammisa’s pear artistry proudly reside.

Unveiling the Spacious Living Room

Cross through a teak portal into the generous living room. Here, French herringbone-patterned teak flooring enriches the space.

A conversation corner comes to life with EDRA sofas wrapped in luxurious forest green velvet.

The bookcase-wall, a designer’s delight, showcases a matte and glossy black lacquer finish.

Innovative TV Wall and Dining Space

Marvel at the TV wall cloaked in Elitis’ gold foil upholstery. LED-lit storage niches nestle within its unique thickness.

The dining area, crowned by a majestic Cassina table with a black Marquinia marble top, is highlighted against a backdrop of forest green walls. Matching lacquered frames of various shapes grace the space, alongside EDRA’s “Scrigno” sideboard and Suspension EYE.

Teak-Framed Kitchen and Veranda

A clear glass and teak door leads from the living room to the kitchen, offering tantalizing glimpses of the covered veranda.

In the kitchen, the white calacatta flooring carries over, complemented by white HPL laminate cabinets and a porcelain stoneware top.

Bask in Nature’s Embrace: The Veranda

Venture outside through a sliding glass door to the veranda. The back wall impresses with Benetti Home’s stabilized natural lichen coverings in two green shades.

A burnished brass wall lamp by Il Fanale and an enameled, hand-decorated lava stone table by FICOLA complete the space.

Retreat into the Tranquil Sleeping Area

The sleeping area, accessed via a mirrored corridor, offers solace.

A large bathroom contrasts starkly with its absolute black wall coverings against a sea of white flooring, ceiling, and sanitary ware.

The master bedroom celebrates blue accents, reflected in the back wall and the bed’s leather upholstery from TRECA.

Master Bedroom: An Epitome of Luxury

Its en-suite bathroom boasts Shara noir porcelain stoneware on both floors and walls.

The washbasin area, separated by a custom-designed chrome structure, boasts mirrors on both sides.

Underneath, a decorated laminate storage unit houses a retiled black glass washbasin. Flos suspensions add the finishing touch.
