Designed in 2022, The Shelter is a ground-floor residence with a basement located in Kato Kastritsi, Greece. Conceived by renowned architect Façade, this linear shell-like structure acts as a “fault line” bisecting the plot, dividing the inactive olive grove from the residents’ relaxation area.
The building’s geometry, orientation, and transparency create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding natural environment, embodying the essence of a true “shelter” in the landscape.
The Panorama Residence, designed by Façade in 2023, is a captivating house nestled in Patras, Greece. Taking on the project at the cementation stage, the designers were tasked with reimagining the property both internally and externally, focusing on the stunning panoramic landscape, optimal lighting, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
Structured across three levels, the residence seamlessly integrates all its spaces and functions, with the middle floor serving as the core, housing the daytime and overnight areas.
