Glory Mansion is a large residential development located in the center of Jiashan, sitting at the intersection of Shiji Avenue and Jiashan Avenue. Surrounded by top commercial facilities including United City, Intime Department Store and World Expo Hotel, iconic urban spiritual landmarks like museum, library and art center, as well as several upscale luxurious residential developments, it enjoys a unique location and favorable urban resources. After completion, it will set a new benchmark for luxurious residences in Jiashan and will create a new skyline in the county. QIRAN DESIGN GROUP was invited to conceive a hotel-style entrance lobby and a show flat for this residential development, to showcase its aesthetics and temperament whilst highlighting its presence in Jiashan.

Qiran Design Group designed a sales & experience center for the residential development THE OSMANTHUS GRACE, which is located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province in Northern China.

The project is a show flat of an upscale residential development named Greentown • Magnificent Residence in Hangzhou, China. Drawing on the fascinating scenery and profound culture of the city and adjoining a 300,000 square-meter urban complex, the development boasts a prosperous surrounding environment and a serene interior atmosphere.
