About Dogrun Ranch
A Modern Oasis: Blending Comfort and Style
A majestic hill-top oak anchors the house to its site. Various realms unfold downhill, capturing breathtaking views of the surrounding hill country. We meticulously positioned each building element, ensuring harmony with the landscape and panoramic vistas. Additionally, we carefully crafted the overall composition.
Rustic Elegance Meets Modern Living
The design seamlessly blends modern living’s comfort and refinement with the rustic charm of ranch elements. These include the dog run, carport, cattle fencing, and cisterns. Moreover, the structure showcases the beauty of wood trusses and purlins in the main living area, bringing the rhythm of the outdoors inside.
Innovative Design for Enhanced Comfort
Above the conditioned spaces, we constructed a “cold roof” of rigid insulation. This innovative feature contributes to the home’s energy efficiency and comfort.
A Kitchen That Stands Out
Envisioned as a painted wood-clad building within the larger main volume, the kitchen stands as a testament to thoughtful design and aesthetics. This space merges functionality with elegance, offering a unique culinary experience.
Our journey through this architectural marvel reveals a harmonious blend of form, function, and natural beauty. Each detail reflects a commitment to comfort, elegance, and modern living, nestled within the serene hill country.
