Linking Inside and Outside
Tall ceilings in the house not only let you see the magnolia tree but also let sunlight sprinkle in, making the house naturally airy. Plus, the living room is cleverly designed a bit lower than the rest, creating a fun step to the garden and extra seating.
The house is built to stay cool in summer. It uses special roof edges, screens, blinds, and air flow to keep heat out. A pergola with leafy plants and fans also help cool the house.
