About Casa G
A Quiet Home in Italy
In the north of Italy, Casa G is a simple, peaceful home. Alfredo Vanotti, a local architect, wanted to make a calm place close to nature. So, when he got the chance to build a house near some vineyards in an old town, he was really happy.
From the start, the owner had one wish: a simple and relaxing home. Taking ideas from easy building styles and the nearby mountains, Vanotti got to work. He used a lot of glass in his design. Plus, he put the home in a spot that made it stretch out on its piece of land. This way, you can see the hills and mountains and get lots of sunlight all year.
Home and Nature Together
With these smart choices, Vanotti made a home that looks and feels simple. Looking at the finished house, he said, “The home fits right in with nature. It’s a spot where you can enjoy the quiet and beauty of the land.”
