About Villa in Franken
Masterful Design Amidst Nature’s Palette
Situated on a lengthy plot, the house elegantly graces a north-eastern slope, dotted with challenging rocky outcrops. To the south, development unfolds, whereas, contrastingly, the north unfurls picturesque vistas of the Main river valley.
Artistically, the home weaves together two interlinked structures. These seamlessly adapt to the landscape, featuring three distinct height offsets. Not only do they capture the distant horizon, but they also skillfully craft a private garden sanctuary to the south.
Inside: A Symphony of Minimalist Elegance
Stepping inside, a realm of refined minimalism beckons. Each corner boasts meticulous detailing. Furthermore, the use of high-end materials amplifies its allure, and, as a bonus, carefully framed outdoor views tantalize the eyes, offering ever-evolving natural artistry.
