Reviving North London: A Modern Oasis
Tucked away in bustling North London, this rejuvenated retreat stands out. Designers masterfully transformed the period property, introducing a contemporary charred timber bedroom extension. Simultaneously, they skillfully renovated the original abode, keeping its charm intact.
The interiors smoothly transition to an inviting terrace at the back. This ingenious design move virtually doubles the apartment’s footprint, birthing an ‘outdoor living room’. Long grasses and climbing plants weave through the space. Additionally, slatted screens emerge strategically, enveloping the area. Consequently, nature reclaims this urban corner, offering a serene escape.
Blurring Boundaries: Nature Meets Architecture
Every design element serves a dual purpose. Not only do they enhance aesthetics, but they also foster a sense of enclosure. As a result, residents can luxuriate in a private haven where nature dances amidst city sounds.
