Hospitality Meets Comfort
The renovation balanced the family’s love for hosting and shared cooking with the planner’s aim for space, comfort, and tranquility. This synergy brings daily life alive.
The Heart of the Home: A Spacious Kitchen
The 15-meter (49.2 feet) kitchen offers ample room for collaborative cooking. Clever carpentry hides the air conditioning system at the kitchen’s top, eliminating the need for a plaster ceiling. This design choice maximizes both height and space.
Dining with a View
Adjacent to the kitchen, a 3-meter (9.8 feet) dining table comfortably seats 14. A cozy sitting area complements the dining space.
Despite the modest 60-square meter (645.8 square feet) area, we achieved three distinct, spacious functions.
Master Suite with a Seaside Touch
The master bedroom’s bathroom features a smoked glass partition. Positioned next to this glass front, the shower offers a sea view. Bathers can enjoy the panorama without compromising privacy.
Materials & Palette: Simplified Elegance
We chose practical, easy-to-maintain materials for daily living. The monochromatic palette directs attention to the sea’s azure and the vast sky, ever-present from any spot in the home.
