Description

The feeling of space is a deficit in the city, so open, bright spaces attract with the comfort of living and with the pleasant feeling of freedom. This apartment in a new building in Sofia immediately grabs the young owners with the wonderful view of Vitosha and the opportunity to build an interior in which the landscape is the main role. In the new project, the living area opens to the outside with a fully glazed wall of French windows. The wide space is distributed between the different functions of the living room, dining room, and kitchen without fragmenting its volume.

The furnishings have been designed with the idea of preserving clean lines and the impression of integrity. The Fimera team has again successfully combined the current modern interior style with a measured warm and cozy feeling. The choice of colors and materials plays a major role in the impact of the interiors – wood, stone, and sand colors combined with graphite and white are relied upon. Contrasting combinations elegantly structure the interior, while close shades in a similar range give a soft, noble sound. Thus we find again the balanced, light, and versatile style of Fimera, which immediately appeals to the young family.

A curious detail is that the functionality of the apartment is tailored to a very important member of the family – the dog. The owners also had another requirement – to have a home office in the apartment, as they often work remotely.

With an interest and knowledge in interior design, they were actively involved with ideas in the creation of this project, which is an example of a great symbiosis between client and contractor.
The result is a modern and fresh living space that fulfills the most important functions of a home – relaxing, inviting, pleasing to the eye, and providing comfort.
