Tucked away in Vourkari, a quaint village on Kea Island, two private guest villas and a wellness center derive inspiration from the island’s untamed terrain. Perched with an ocean view, these structures harmoniously integrate into their surroundings, creating a minimal environmental footprint.
Design Principles: The Melding of Light and Privacy
While each building serves a distinct purpose, a shared design philosophy threads them together. Natural light bathes open interiors, yet careful design ensures that a sense of seclusion and tranquility persists. Built on sloping terrain, the villas connect through a circular road and a network of semi-subterranean stone tunnels, facilitating effortless movement.
