In Kyiv’s Podilskyi district, the Double A apartment offers 186 square meters (2,002 square feet) of modern living space. It’s designed for a couple and their cat, featuring big windows and high ceilings.
Creating a Connected Living Space
The owner wanted to stay connected to home life, so we made a big open area. This space has the kitchen, dining area, living room, and an office. We also set up a private gym area using glass blocks for light.
The apartment’s hallway connects different areas, making it easy to get around. We also added some fun paths and spots just for the cat.
Smart Design for Comfortable Living
The main living area is a place to relax, work, eat, and cook. We kept the open feel with smart design choices like glass blocks and low walls.
We made sure the apartment was practical and good-looking. For example, we used a mirrored wall to spread light around and make the space feel bigger.
The people living here work from home. So, we made sure there were places for everything they need. The bedroom has two closets and goes out to a big terrace. It’s a great spot to relax outside. Plus, the bedroom has its own big bathroom.
This home is all about making everyday life easy and fun, with a modern style that fits right into Kyiv.
