About VK Apartment

In the dynamic neighborhood of North Tel Aviv, a 120-square-meter (1,291 square feet) apartment transformation caters to a family with teenagers.

Revitalized Spaces for Modern Living

Studio Gal Gerber meticulously reimagined the apartment’s layout, selecting materials and customizing carpentry to suit the family’s needs.

Collaborating closely, a skilled carpenter brought the studio’s bespoke designs to life, enhancing the apartment’s unique character with made-to-measure furniture.

Clever Design Solutions

The main challenge lay in organizing the public spaces: the living room, kitchen, and dining area, around a fixed central column.

The design extends the kitchen into the hallway, creating a feeling of spaciousness and providing clever storage solutions.

This central column anchors a multifunctional TV and storage unit, with an integrated kitchen counter doubling as a casual dining spot.

Functional Additions

Adapting to the family’s evolving needs, the renovation introduced a new guest bathroom, enhancing the apartment’s functionality and appeal.
