The concept resembles a gigantic concrete plateau on an elegant white monolith. This innovative construction is skillfully oriented and uses the path of the sun to provide maximum shade to the west and south facades. The large terrace extends outwards and encourages contact with the surroundings.
As guests approach, they are greeted by a green and lush presence that highlights the layered materials on the south façade. The different textures and perforations synchronize under the influence of the sun’s rays. This design not only adds to the visual appeal, but also reinforces the building’s connection with the natural world.
