Reviving a 90’s Palace: Modern Loft Expansion
In the 1990s, a palatial building underwent a transformation, now featuring a loft extension. This expansion modernizes the space, seamlessly integrating it into the existing structure.
Scandinavian Minimalism: A Harmony of Colors and Materials
Embracing a Scandinavian and minimalist style, the interior design focuses on a basic color palette: white, black, and its undertones, complemented by natural oak wood. This choice creates a serene and cohesive atmosphere.
Innovative Space Utilization: From Open Space to Cozy Corners
The living area adopts an open-space concept. A closed staircase leads to the loft, cleverly utilizing the space underneath to house a mini laundry area. In the attic, Velux windows illuminate the study area and bathroom. Additionally, an opal glass in the shower area allows natural light to filter down to the staircase, enhancing the overall ambiance.
