Unveiling Villa BC: A Modern Gem in Chignolo Po
Nestled in the verdant outskirts of Chignolo Po, Pavia, Villa BC sprawls primarily on one level. Though it exudes a traditional vibe, beneath lies a structured and minimalist design.
Masterful Division: Living vs. Sleeping
Two expansive rectangles demarcate the living and sleeping zones. An intriguing longitudinal slit separates them, enticing the gaze to traverse the home before stepping inside.
Innovative Spaces: Porch and Garage
By cleverly staggering the two main volumes, we introduced dual voids. Consequently, a spacious porch graces the southeast front, while a garage nestles in the northwest rear.
The Quintessential Roof
Encapsulating the entirety of Villa BC, a grand rectangular wooden roof, with four inclines, shelters both its indoor and outdoor realms.
