SJA: The Art of Semi-Detached Living in Coastal Spain
In the heart of Dénia, Spain — a region renowned for its idyllic coastal allure — Vives Pons Homes introduced SJA, a masterfully crafted modern design for a single-story house in 2018.
The project’s brilliance lies in its optimal utilization of space, ensuring semi-detached homes with an inviting blend of privacy and natural ambiance.
About SJA
Introducing the Twin Architectural Wonders
This project boasts two semi-detached houses. The design strives to maximize the plot’s free surface area, ensuring both homes are semi-detached. Additionally, the plan prioritizes features that ensure natural ventilation and lighting without compromising privacy.
The Stone-Lined Axis: A Design Highlight
Strikingly, a main axis defined by natural stone walls runs longitudinally across the plot. This axis acts as the backbone, interspersed with a blend of closed and open spaces, notably the courtyards.
Expansive Interiors: Spaces to Relish
Adjoining this primary axis is a generous area. Here, communal spaces merge effortlessly with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and two inner patios. Consequently, homeowners can revel in diverse spatial sensations as they traverse the main axis.
