About Penthouse in the City

Unveiling the Penthouse in the City

Designed by the visionary Alessio Bassan, the Penthouse in the City rests atop a charming hill in Vicenza, Italy. Completed in 2024, this 200-square-meter apartment redefines modern living. The project aims to enhance space and optimize views, ensuring an exquisite blend of comfort and style.

As you approach the penthouse, you’re greeted by a minimalist exterior that seamlessly integrates with its lush surroundings. The balcony invites you to relax and take in the splendid views of the vibrant landscape.

A Bright and Airy Living Space

Step inside, and the sizable living area unfolds before you, boasting an impressive open layout. The polished concrete floor shines beneath a cozy, taupe-toned leather couch, inviting countless moments of relaxation. Vibrant accent chairs add a pop of color, creating a striking contrast with the soft grey palette enveloping the space.

Large windows flood the room with natural light, accentuating the elegance of the interior. An artistic rug features striking geometric patterns, leading your gaze toward a chic metal accent piece. Additionally, handcrafted wooden features enrich the space, marrying luxury with comfort.

Moving through the living space, you’ll discover a cleverly separated kitchen. It stands apart from the common area courtesy of two large wooden blocks that double as a stylish wardrobe. The kitchen showcases minimalist cabinetry, sleek countertops, and high-end appliances, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Intimate and Inviting Bedrooms

Transitioning to the night zone, the interior exudes warmth. The flooring shifts to a natural wooden style, welcoming you into an intimate atmosphere. The master bedroom showcases a unique blend of modern art and carefully chosen decor that highlights the designer’s eclectic taste.

A plush bed adorned with textured linens takes center stage, flanked by subtle lighting. Mirrored accents and vibrant pieces of art create an engaging visual narrative. Meanwhile, expansive windows open onto a private balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The en-suite bathroom further elevates this sanctuary. With dual sinks and stunning granite walls, practical features merge with elegant aesthetics. Soft lighting sets a calming ambiance, perfect for personal retreats.

In this Penthouse in the City, Alessio Bassan masterfully highlights innovative design while maximizing space and views. This captivating abode uniquely embodies sophisticated, contemporary living in the heart of Vicenza.
