Conceptual Family-Centered Living
Dove offers an innovative interpretation of home design. The clients desired a year-round “cottage in town”—a unique approach emphasizing warmth and inner peace. Unlike typical homes, Dove consists of interconnected pavilions. Each space stands alone yet connects through inviting trails, emphasizing the importance of exploration and experience.
An Immersive Journey Through Nature
Moving through Dove feels like wandering through the Ontario woods. Guests encounter changing elevations, pass under majestic canopies, and navigate around rock formations—mimicking a peaceful forest stroll. Each room becomes a destination, creating a sense of journey and discovery.
The Heart of the Home
At the center of Dove, back-to-back fireplaces create a cozy gathering space, much like a clearing in the woods. Natural light spills through strategic openings, casting playful shadows and enhancing the home’s dynamic character throughout the day.
Distinctive Materiality and Design
