DLA Piper, an international law firm with 4,200 lawyers in more than 40 countries, recently upgraded and refreshed their office located in the Hegyvidék Momentum Office Building in Budapest, Hungary.

This office space, designed by MádiLáncos Studio, features modern and attractive interior design elements that effectively support the new flexible working patterns and pay special attention to the needs of employees. The team at MádiLáncos Studio have also incorporated biophilia and green islands of plants in their design that not only improve the air quality, but also add a beautiful interior design element to the space.

What’s more, the office building offers a stunning view of the Buda hills, an iconic landmark in Budapest.

Located in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic, Our Showroom is the perfect blend of industrial style and modern design.

Designed in 2022 by Martina Design, this 137 m2 (1,475 sq. ft.) showroom has been completely renovated and rebuilt from the ground up. Featuring a concrete core and plenty of large glass windows, it’s the perfect space to showcase materials, products and solutions for projects.

After five months of reconstruction, the showroom was completed over the course of a year and three months, and was celebrated with clients, business partners and fans in September 2022.

Introducing “American Style in Israel“, a stunning house located in central Israel designed by Karen Maimon.

The property was completely renovated to reflect the American style the clients wanted – cozy and inviting spaces with plenty of storage and modern touches.

Light oak parquet, plaster walls concealing air conditioning units, black library running across two levels, granite gray kitchen, white parquet floors for the home office, 3-meter black stone slabs for an en-suite bathroom, Bauhaus windows opening up to an outdoor space with wooden shower and treehouse – all these features create a unique boutique feel that reminds the owners of their life in America.

Sharvari is a beautiful house located in Satara, Maharashtra, India, designed by renowned architect Mayur Gandhi. The house is a unique blend of traditional and modern architecture, boasting a spacious frontage and an ‘angaan’ entryway with a tulsi vrundavan at its center.

The clients brief emphasized convenience, which is why the kitchen has been designed with minimal use of materials, and the south side of the building is kept dead to avoid glare while the exposed brick wall in the living room and dining area offers an aesthetical touch. For a more interactive approach, a foldable staircase with a skylight has been included.

The house also offers amazing views of the Ajinkyatara fort located nearby, so the designers have included a full glass façade in the master bedroom to capture the mesmerizing view and a terrace which overlooks the verandah below. There is also an upper lobby area and a multipurpose hall opening into a huge open terrace, as well as a mini bar framing the sunset view of the fort.
