Discover Casa Lubi, a stunning farmhouse in Brescia, Italy that received a 360-degree renovation designed by ZDA in 2023. The contemporary design balances the past, present, and future with luminous, harmonious, and vaguely “zen” atmospheres.

The open-plan ground floor features a double-height island, large fixed openings to the garden, and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The materials used in the design, including parquet floors, architectural concrete, and Corian bathroom sinks, create a dynamic and layered effect while honoring the traditional essence of the farmhouse.

Welcome to Casa Lorena, an exquisite house located in the historic downtown of Mérida, Mexico. It has been designed by Workshop: Diseño y Construcción in 2021, combining traditional and modern elements.

The house was once a large property from the beginning of the 20th century, however, it was divided several times and now consists of only 4.5 meters front. Yet, it’s still full of history and charm, with Decauville beams brought from France, white quartz central island, blue pasta tiles coverings, wooden roof structure with Marseille clay tiles, exposed stones and a small pool. Casa Lorena is a perfect oasis of tranquility surrounded by nature and pastel colors, inviting us to take a journey to a simpler time.

Perched on the Northern Peruvian Sea in Zorritos, Peru, Casamar Housing Complex is a beachfront real estate designed by Cuatro Cero Cuatro Arquitectura in 2022. This beach retreat was the dream of five friends who wanted a place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so they divided a parcel of land into five homogenous units, all 8 meters by 100 meters. The complex, known as Casa M1, is designed with complete privacy between each unit and utilizes thermodynamics to combat the equatorial climate. Natural light streams through overhead lights, while balconies draw cool air from the wide southwest void, making it an inviting and pleasant place to stay.

Penthouse Apartment in Barcelona by Nomo Studio

Introducing the Penthouse in Barcelona, Spain, designed by Nomo Studio! This modern penthouse apartment has been completely redistributed and adapted to a contemporary open plan lifestyle.

Its design is a combination of classic elegance and modern approach. Its main elements such as the custom designed pivot elements, high bar countertop, extra-large marble center tables, hovering fireplace, and mirrors create a sequence of interrelated atmospheres. To bring in one of the marble tables, the façade was unmounted. The master bedroom is structured only by detached wardrobes and sliding partitions. The apartment is splashed with bright bold colored elements and natural materials such as oak and teak pavements, marble and granite countertops, and ceramic coverings. All furniture such as closets, low tables, and working desks were custom designed. The kitchen, flooded with natural light, has become a place for dining, reading, socializing, or working.

This Barcelona penthouse is the perfect example of an urban aesthetic in tune with the clients’ personality.

La Escocesa by Dub I Diseño & Sustentabilidad

La Escocesa is a modern guest house located on 25 de Mayo, Argentina and designed by Dub I Diseño & Sustentabilidad in 2022.

Situated in the flat plains of the ‘Pampas’ in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, this house was built to be flexible and to support a family home. The house consists of four modules: a large kitchen/dining room; a two-bedroom module; a split-bathroom module; and a large multi-purpose space in the attic. Low or no maintenance materials were chosen for the building envelope, as well as environmental design strategies to require very little air conditioning throughout the year. The central patio serves as the nucleus of union of all the parts of the house, providing an outdoor distribution hall and a space for meeting and contemplation of the surrounding landscape.
