Meadow House Maasland is a renovation project by Dutch studio JURY!, aiming to enhance an existing dike house in Maasland, Netherlands, into a residence that meets modern living standards in comfort and sustainability. The structure retains the concrete basement while the upper structure is reconstructed, creating an open ground floor organised by one internal volume containing amenities, along with crafted detailing in a characteristically minimal style.
Bindloss Dawes has successfully completed an ambitious extension of a Victorian home in London, United Kingdom, transforming a run down property into a distinguished contemporary family home. Created for clients Emma Dahlman and Nick Illston, the refit highlights natural and robust material choices within the unique architectural pairing of modern monolithic concrete and traditional brick facades across their Lordship Park dwelling, which was designed in 2024.
Casa MM is a house located on the northern shore of a lake in southern Chile. Designed by architect Benjamin Goñi in 2023, the residence accords to a slope and encompasses native trees, ultimately providing sweeping views of volcanoes, the lake and the vegetation.
