The structure retains the concrete basement while the upper structure is reconstructed, creating an open ground floor organised by one internal volume containing amenities, along with crafted detailing in a characteristically minimal style.

Casa MM is a house located on the northern shore of a lake in southern Chile. Designed by architect Benjamin Goñi in 2023, the residence accords to a slope and encompasses native trees, ultimately providing sweeping views of volcanoes, the lake and the vegetation.
