Nestled in the stunning Newport near Redcliffe, these contemporary homes feature a continuous gently sloping roof that falls to the west, giving each house a distinct spatial character. This serene waterfront retreat is located in the unique landscape of the creek at Towd Point, in Southampton, one of only 28 Federal Ecological Preserves in the US. The exterior is formed on white brick walls, with a darker volume clad in Japanese cypress and metal paneling.
