Description by WA Country Builders
WA Country Builders is excited to share The Hampton Beach display, a beautiful family home design inspired by coastal lifestyles.
An attractive elevation combining weatherboard, render and limestone cladding compliments an infusion of light blues and greys throughout the interior. The main features of the design are the spacious master suite and retreat and the centralised main living area and relax room, enhanced by raised ceilings and stackable doors to a relaxing outdoor alfresco.
The alfresco is large enough to accommodateoutdoor dining and entertaining with an optional integrated barbecue and bench top that flows across the full width of the space. The alfresco option also features direct access to the indoor kitchen via a convenient servery window allowing for ample social interaction between the chef and guests.
The kitchen includes a separate scullery with overhead cupboards, offering extensive storage for all of your cooking utensils to reduce visible clutter. The free flow scullery leads into a secluded laundry with direct access to the outdoors.
The highlight of the functional kitchen design are the substantial work areas with a large breakfast bar for family and guests to sit and interact and the spacious preparation areas.
Adjacent to the alfresco and large free form living areas is the relax room, with optional bifold shutters to further seclude the room from the rest of the home, making it the perfect mini retreat to watch a movie and relax with a glass of wine. Alternatively, the room can open outwards to the free form living areas, expanding your indoor entertaining options in winter.
The master suite was designed to emulate a hotel suite combining a spacious bedroom with access to a retreat study area for maximum privacy. The retreat has a raised floor to distinguish the space and also includes high vaulted ceilings with large raked glazing to open up the room
The master suite features an expansive dressing area and walk in robe which flows onto the stunning ensuite with a freestanding bathtub with an expansive glazed garden view outwards.
The kid’s wing is located at the opposite end of the home with three generous bedrooms to accommodate queen size beds and furniture all directly adjoining the kids retreat and playroom with internet niche, all visible from the central dining and kitchen areas.
The home design includes a double garage with a drop zone at the door to allow for all portable electronics to be stored and charged. It is also a great area for storage of keys, sunglasses, bags and so on. An optional full height wine rack has also been included adjacent.
The Hampton Beach design is available in a range of sizes and configurations to suit a range of lot sizes and budgets talk to your local office for more information.
This is a home that needs to be experienced – well worth a visit to the Vasse-Newtown estate this weekend!
