About Apartment in Odessa

Embark on a captivating journey through the transformation of a small space in the heart of Odessa. The tale of a mere 17.3 square meters (186 square feet) apartment, ingeniously converted into a charming rental property, showcases the power of creative design and strategic planning.

A Tiny Gem in Odessa’s Heart

In the bustling center of Odessa, the current owners inherited a compact space nestled within an old building. Unsure of its potential, they reached out to the creative minds at Fateeva Design. Despite the challenges posed by the limited floor space and its low market value, an opportunity emerged. Conveniently located near a college, the apartment now serves as a cozy haven for a student.

Transformative Design Solutions

The renovation journey began with a critical look at the spatial layout. The goal was clear: to carve out distinct areas for sleeping, working, cooking, and bathing. Against all odds, the design not only accommodated these functions but also included a spacious hall complete with a generous wardrobe. Strategically positioning functional zones along the apartment’s perimeter allowed for an efficient use of space. A neutral color palette ensures the furniture complements rather than consumes the room, enhancing the sense of spaciousness.

This transformation story exemplifies how, with innovative design and thoughtful planning, even the smallest spaces can bloom into desirable living areas. The clever use of layout and color breathes life into the apartment, proving that size does not limit potential.
