Nestled in the Rockies: A Modern Ski Chateau
Tucked into the Rocky Mountains at Pioneer Mountain’s base, this design-build house sits within the ultra-exclusive Yellowstone Club. JAC had the fortune of collaborating with both the architect and builder to conceive, design, construct, and furnish this ski chateau, owned by a single family.
Luxurious Living Spaces
The chateau boasts five bedrooms, including two master bedrooms. Each master bedroom features its own fireplace and outdoor area, perfect for enjoying views of the tree-lined mountains alongside the winter white interiors. Meanwhile, the dining and living rooms share a massive stone fireplace, offering a cozy space to gather. Additionally, these rooms provide views of the oversized hot tub, which looks out onto the mountains.
Family-Friendly Design
For the kids, a bunk room can accommodate eight with full-sized beds, situated near the upstairs lounge and bar. This modern smart home showcases a blend of textures and contrasts. It features custom furnishings from JAC Interiors in every room and is adorned with various wall coverings and treatments, highlighting its Mountain Modern style.

Ultimately, this family home combines casual fun with elegance, making it an ideal spot for entertaining throughout the year. Its design and location strike a perfect balance, offering a retreat that feels both intimate and grand.
