Odessa City boasts a stunning timeless apartment, spanning 69 square meters (approximately 742 square feet), designed with an open layout to capture the breathtaking Black Sea panorama. The interior acts as a frame, accentuating the external views.
Crafted for Comfort and Quality
This apartment caters to both the living and relaxation needs of its owner. Every element within the space emphasizes comfort and exudes quality.
The kitchen’s role transcends mere functionality. Integrating a Poliform kitchen with essential components visually expands the space. The studio features a Rimadesio dressing room, custom-designed for the apartment’s dual orientation.
Entryways provide access to both the main living area and the technical storage room, situated externally to conserve interior space.
Zoning with Style and Function
