Introducing a Modern Family Sanctuary
Nestled within the family’s estate, the latest residence stands parallel to the original home, united by a swimming pool. This space acts as a serene divider and communal hub, fostering family interaction against a backdrop of lush greenery.
Strategic Design for Comfort and Connection
While connecting the two homes, the pool area ensures privacy. Restrooms and storage spaces are cleverly placed to mitigate the heat from the west. The design reflects not just utility but also the family’s desire for sleek, minimalist aesthetics.
A Harmony of Privacy and Openness
Privacy is paramount, achieved by black aluminum panels enveloping the exterior. Yet, the design cleverly invites in light and air, maintaining a connection with nature’s elements.
