Innovative Design on the Ground Floor
On the ground floor, each room follows a unique direction, defining spaces without traditional partitions. The stair, the centerpiece, orchestrates the flow of rooms around it. It features Mutina’s Déchirer tiles, extending from the bottom to the first floor. Large windows and glass guards ensure natural light permeates every corner.
