Enveloped in stained band-sawn macrocarpa, the home stands proudly amidst Manuka trees, perfectly attuned to its environment. The pavilion-style architecture imparts a contemporary lodge ambiance, harmonizing neutral tones with organic textures. Furthermore, the spacious layout encompasses three bedrooms and two exquisite bathrooms. Notably, the master suite nestles in the private south wing, while the north side basks in sunlight, offering vibrant living spaces.
Illuminated Grandeur in Open Spaces
In the open-plan living area, a large gable window captures the gaze, guiding it upwards to the lofty raking ceilings. Consequently, the interior basks in a deluge of sunlight. The polished concrete floors (roughly 8×8 inches; 20×20 cm) embrace the sun’s warmth, contributing to the home’s cozy atmosphere. A fireplace set in a random-width timber wall not only radiates warmth but also cleverly conceals a hidden lounge. The bespoke kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry and buffet unit, maximizes storage space.
