About Dimora Uno
Art and Space Meld Harmoniously
In the heart of the home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen blend seamlessly into a luminous open space. Here, eccentric pop art pieces not only brighten but also unify this space. Adjacent to this, two large south-facing windows open up to reveal a lush terrace. This outdoor oasis, furthermore, is tailored for al fresco dining and cooking. Meanwhile, a corridor artfully bridges the day and night zones. Along this path, strategically placed sculptures and lighting cast an enchanting, moody aura.
The Night’s Intriguing Spaces
Venturing further, one encounters a monolithic guest bathroom at the onset of the night zone. This space, illuminated by soft blue lighting, boasts a wall-integrated washbasin. Directly opposite, a transparent window, inspired by oriental designs, offers a tantalizing peek into the private spa. Inside this sanctuary, a marble bathtub commands attention, reminiscent of Japan’s traditional Tokonoma but with a Western twist. Adjacently, a full-height marble mosaic, depicting bathing female figures, adds a layer of timelessness. Beyond this, the master bedroom, providing direct access to both the spa and wardrobe, stands as a tranquil refuge.
A Residence Resembling a Museum
Wandering through the residence, art from various epochs and iconic designs greet visitors. The neutral white walls, paired with spotlights, magnify the beauty of these sculptural objects. And yet, a consistent wooden flooring acts as a unifying thread, tying together the myriad styles. Contrarily, the private spa, swathed in rich black marble, differentiates itself. This haven, tucked away, offers solace and an oasis of calm amidst Milan’s urban fervor.
