Description

Villa Vitassi is located in the suburban area of the city of Pula, surrounded with nature, with the city on it’s palm. With a distance of just 5 km from the city center and 7 km from the nearest beach it’s a perfect location for those who wants the feeling of a countryside and the urban connectivity at the same time.

Villa Vitassi got it’s name after the owners family name and represents tradition and modern lifestyle in one.

The villa was built during the second world war as a home for a large family which primal occupation was farming and was later restored in 2020/2021 preserving it’s identity, the original layout and natural materials from which was built in the first place.

Villa Vitassi spreads out on three floors with the living room, kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor and four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first and second floor from which a stunning panoramic view of the city starts your day. The interior colors and elements are carefully balanced, all combining tradition and modern industrial design. The exterior brings an old fireplace, a large swimming pool surrounded with traditional stone blocks and a beautiful courtyard.
