Apartment SC by Nomade Architettura Interior Design
A conservation project in one of the most beautiful and lively areas of the city, within a building designed by architect Caccia Dominioni.
The project marks our third collaboration with the client, Jacopo Canclini of JMC spa, a real estate developer and passionate interior designer, who chose to entrust us with the renovation of his future home.
Not being able to intervene in the layout, or on the floors, the major effort was to manage the complete renovation of the systems and the redoing of the bathrooms, impacting as little as possible on the existing, maintaining, and restoring the original wood flooring and doors.
The apartment opens onto a large entrance hall around which is distributed the main suite, living area, and service area.
The entrance hall then leads to the long corridor which faces two more bedrooms and the boys’ bathroom.
The eclectic style of the project stems from the synergy with the client, with whom we collaborated closely in the different phases of the construction site, defining together all the choices, from the plant solutions to the finishes, from custom-made furniture to textiles.
