ARRCC proudly unveils Winelands Villa, a modern masterpiece in the Gentleman’s Estate at Val de Vie Estate. Nestled in the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley, this contemporary home offers luxury living in a unique smallholding setting. Moreover, it sits along the Berg River, boasting stunning views of the Drakenstein, Simonsberg, and Paarl Rock Mountains. The villa’s location in a rehabilitated fynbos landscape adds to its charm.
Blending Tradition with Modernity
The design of Winelands Villa draws heavily on the valley’s agricultural roots. Interestingly, the estate’s guidelines call for a contemporary twist on various farmhouse styles. These include elements of Cape vernacular architecture and other rural influences, like stables. Consequently, ARRCC has skillfully reimagined a refined contemporary country house within these guidelines. Furthermore, the house features extensive entertainment spaces. These spaces seamlessly integrate the outdoors, offering an immersive natural experience.
