About Winelands Villa

Discover Winelands Villa: A Modern Retreat

ARRCC proudly unveils Winelands Villa, a modern masterpiece in the Gentleman’s Estate at Val de Vie Estate. Nestled in the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley, this contemporary home offers luxury living in a unique smallholding setting. Moreover, it sits along the Berg River, boasting stunning views of the Drakenstein, Simonsberg, and Paarl Rock Mountains. The villa’s location in a rehabilitated fynbos landscape adds to its charm.

Blending Tradition with Modernity

The design of Winelands Villa draws heavily on the valley’s agricultural roots. Interestingly, the estate’s guidelines call for a contemporary twist on various farmhouse styles. These include elements of Cape vernacular architecture and other rural influences, like stables. Consequently, ARRCC has skillfully reimagined a refined contemporary country house within these guidelines. Furthermore, the house features extensive entertainment spaces. These spaces seamlessly integrate the outdoors, offering an immersive natural experience. This approach not only respects the estate’s stylistic framework but also enhances the villa’s connection with its picturesque surroundings.
