About Ananda

Nestled amidst the bustling cityscape of India, Ananda stands as a remarkable architectural triumph, blending harmoniously with the natural world. Designed by 23DC Architects in 2024, this captivating residence embodies the essence of balance, inviting its inhabitants to immerse themselves in a serene and rejuvenating environment.

Seamless Exterior Integration

As visitors approach the property, they are immediately struck by the way Ananda effortlessly integrates with its lush, verdant surroundings. The clean, modernist lines of the building are softened by the carefully curated landscape, which includes a tranquil water feature at the heart of the design. This strategic placement of water not only creates a soothing ambiance but also serves as a central element, drawing the eye and beckoning exploration.

Inviting Interiors, Harmonious Flow

Stepping inside, the home’s interiors immediately captivate with their seamless flow and thoughtful design. The open-concept living area is a study in elegant simplicity, with plush, neutral-toned furnishings that invite relaxation. Warm, wooden accents and a dramatic, statement lighting fixture overhead add depth and character to the space, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the lush outdoor surroundings.

Culinary Oasis and Serene Sanctuary

The kitchen, a true culinary oasis, features a sleek, minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and high-end appliances. Complementing the kitchen’s sophistication, the master bedroom exudes a serene and tranquil ambiance, with a plush bed flanked by artistic accents and a private terrace that further blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.

Bathing in Luxury, Connecting with Nature

No less impressive is the home’s luxurious bathroom, where a freestanding bathtub takes center stage, surrounded by a muted palette and accented by a sculptural lighting fixture. This space, like the rest of Ananda, seamlessly integrates the natural world, with carefully framed views of the lush greenery beyond.

A Harmonious Sanctuary

Throughout the residence, the interplay of light, water, and wood creates a harmonious symphony that resonates with the five elements of nature – air, water, fire, earth, and sky. Aptly named “Ananda,” meaning “bliss” in Sanskrit, this home truly embodies a sense of serenity and joy, offering its inhabitants a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling world beyond its walls.
