Description
The project involved the extension of the living area of the penthouse/duplex carried out by integrating the original character of the house, however, giving it a more elegant and modern look.
The need of the owners was to integrate the existing sofa area with an area devoted entirely to relaxation, with a bioethanol fireplace, a large custom-made sofa-tatami, comfortable ottomans, a projector, and a retractable cinema screen, all framed by a huge panoramic window overlooking the city and a glass shrine with tropical plants. The relaxation area also allows access to the mini-pool area and the toilet.
