The majestic CCD Shenzhen Headquarters officially opens its doors, revealing the newest gem in its repertoire – Units 53A/53B. This addition stands as more than just a life experience center combining the allure of a bookstore, boutique shop, art exhibition, intelligent material showroom, and a tranquil meditation room. It emerges as a seamless dialogue between culture and nature, a harmonious blend of art and life, and a vivid depiction of an ideal future life.
A Memorable Journey Through Space and Time
Time, akin to a memory-infused halo, is beautifully depicted in the architecture. Red bricks, skillfully arranged in an alternating order along an arc, form an entrancing circle. This assembly generates a magnificent domain under the arched ceiling.
Raw materials are staging a resurgent comeback in today’s architectural trends. The red terracotta bricks, arranged in highly varied formations, radiate a charming simplicity. This layout sparks the imagination, kindling a rich dialogue between the past and the future within the spatial design.

CCD’s sub-brand Raritag has developed Ideafusion, an intelligent material platform welcoming global suppliers in cooperation with CCD. This platform enhances the efficiency of interior designers’ workflows, paving the way for digital, information-based material design.
It is currently home to approximately 1,000 suppliers, offering over 130,000 types of materials. The platform boasts capabilities like one-click material list generation, online sample request, and design material management.
Thanks to big data integration, the material selection process has been reduced from a month to a mere one to two weeks, boosting efficiency by over 50%. This online one-click material list generation aids designers in modifying supplier and material information, decreasing the error rate by 95%.
